Marshfield Medical Center - Dickinson is a fully integrated regional hospital with an emergency department, birth services, pharmacy, home health and hospice, surgical services and inpatient and outpatient services. In 2024, it opened a Regional Cancer Center.
Bellin Health medical clinic provides primary care and urgent care.
The Oscar G Johnson VA Medical Center and clinics serve 20,000 Veterans in 25 counties in Michigan and Wisconsin.

The Oscar G. Johnson VA Medical Center (OGJVAMC) is located in Iron Mountain, Michigan. The facility oversees eight Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs) located in Gladstone, Hancock, Ironwood, Manistique Marquette, Menominee and Sault Ste. Marie, MI, and Rhinelander, WI. OGJVAMC and its CBOCs annually serve approximately 21,000 Veterans.
